- Develop rubber formulas according to customer needs.
- Develop an efficient mixing process
- Develop testing processes in accordance with customer specifications.
Qualifications
- Male or female
- Age 22 and up
- Bachelor's degree Rubber technology or related fields
- No experience is required.
- Able to use a computer
- Able to communicate in English
